via IFTTT as a mom of 3, i’ve really put taking care of myself on the backburner for so many years,, this resulted in my physical, emotional, and social health really suffering and starting 2021 i’ve truly been working on prioritizing my health; these days, i try to consolidate all similar meetings in order to maximize efficiency so in today’s vlog you’ll see a snippet of my life going to these different appointments regarding the health of my body, career, and soul 🥰💗💗
