Michael (BA, BHS, BSW, RSW, MTS), is Namee’s personal assistant, company director, and registered social worker. If Namee conducts the train, it’s Michael who is laying the tracks. Within the company Michael’s skills shine as the role of the Intrapreneur by cultivating company culture, building team synergy, and strengthening projects and initiatives. Michael loves to work behind the scenes in order to guarantee winning results. His clinical experience as a behavioural and rehabilitation therapist working with children, adults, and families give a sensitive and solutions-based approach to problem solving in the business and workplace.
